Our Little Athletics Speed Development program is designed to help young athletes build the fundamentals of sprinting in a fun, supportive environment. Focusing on correct running technique, coordination, and acceleration mechanics, we help kids develop the skills they need to run faster and more efficiently. Perfect for ages 6 to 12, this program supports performance across all sprint events while building confidence, fitness, and a love for movement.
Our Sports Speed Training program is designed to boost game-day performance in sports like soccer, rugby, AFL, basketball, netball etc. We focus on developing explosive acceleration, change of direction, and sport-specific movement skills to help athletes become faster, sharper, and more powerful. With expert coaching and tailored drills, athletes build speed that directly transfers to real game situations — giving them the edge they need to perform at their best.
